my hobbies include drawing/painting, reading books, manga and visual novels, occasionally playing guitar, and some light gaming. throughout my life i have mostly played either visual novels or games with visual novel elements, so they take up the majority of what i play/have played. i also enjoy playing farming sims, and i used to play project diva and diablo, and lotro. i also love the dragon age franchise.
my favorite books are the silmarillion, lotr and the hobbit, and the last unicorn. i want to read the dragon age novels, the witcher, and finally read the first dark tower book that my boyfriend loaned me.
when it comes to music i mostly listen to metal. my favorite band is katatonia, who i got to see live for the first time last december. my two other favorite bands are type o negative and carach angren. my favorite genres are doom metal, prog metal, and black metal. i am also an og vocaloid fan (2010-2015ish).
my favorite visual novels are slow damage and togainu no chi. slow damage has superior writing to togainu no chi, but togainu no chi holds my heart in a chokehold, maybe because of it being my special interest for years (not always my main spin).
i have played togainu no chi (the fan translation and lost blood), played through true blood ps2 (i own the psp but the actual vn is the same just ported) read one of the manga adaptations for tnc, as well as seen the anime adaptation and am currently trying to find a translation for the novelizations. i also listened to shiki's drama cd, but i really dont have interest to listen to any of the other characters cds.
as for slow damage, i have only played the original vn, and haven't played clean dishes or listened to any of the drama cds, as well as not read the manga yet.
